Some places stay with you.

For me, Alicante was one of them.

Long before Two & Two had a name, a logo, an office or a website, there was simply this city.

Its light.
Its sea.
Its energy.
Its people.
Its way of making life feel a little slower, a little warmer, a little more alive.

I fell in love with Alicante first. Then, somewhere along the way, I decided to build something here. That something became Two & Two.

It started with two people, two perspectives and a shared idea of doing real estate differently. We didn't know exactly where it would take us. We just knew we wanted to create something that felt different. Something with more intention. More personality. More soul.

And for a while, it was just the two of us figuring everything out as we went. Building a business is exciting when you are looking forward. But when you are inside it, you also learn that building something means going through things you never expected. There are decisions you don't plan for. Chapters you don't know how to write. Some change you. Some challenge you. Some force you to look at what you have built and decide what you want to carry forward.

For me, the answer was clear.

I wanted to keep building.

I chose to keep going.

Not because the journey had been easy. But because I still believed in what we had started. And, more importantly, I still believed in what it could become. So Two & Two entered a new chapter. The team grew. The business grew. The vision became clearer. We moved to the centre of Alicante. We changed our identity.

A new office.
A new website.
A new image.
A new team.

Two & Two has evolved enormously since those first days. The team has grown. The business has changed. We have moved to the centre of Alicante. We have a new identity, a new logo, a new website and a much bigger vision for where we are going.

Today, we are five. But when I look at Two & Two now, I don't only see growth. I see everything that brought us here.

The first clients.

The first properties.

The first office.

The difficult decisions.

The long days.

The mistakes.

The conversations.

The moments that felt enormous at the time.

The people who trusted us before we had a long track record to show them.

The moments when we had to start again.

And all the little things that slowly turned an idea into something real.

And I see a version of myself that has changed too.

More certain.

More selective.

More aware of what I want this company to be.

That is what this new chapter means to me. Because growth isn't only about becoming bigger. Sometimes, growth is becoming more yourself. Two & Two is no longer exactly what it was when we started. And it shouldn't be. It has lived. It has changed. It has challenged me. It has grown with me.

But there is one thing that has never changed.

Alicante.

After everything, I still drive through this city and my heart stops.

The same light.

The same Mediterranean.

The same little feeling that made me want to build a life here in the first place.

The city hasn't changed.

And somehow, neither has the magic.

That is the part I want to protect.

Because behind every property we sell, every client we advise and every new project we take on, there is still the same reason I started:

I genuinely believe Alicante is something special. And I am madly in love with it.

I believed it then. I believe it even more now.

And this time, I know exactly what I want to build around it.
